Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Photos, Consent and Generated Videos

• Upload only photos of yourself, your own pet or adults who have agreed to be in the video. Do not upload photos of children, public figures or people who have not agreed.
• The generator recreates the motion and setting of well-known Jean Phil clips from a line-art reference, with the person or pet in your photo in a bowl-cut and suit costume. It is a parody tool for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Jean Phil character and the original clips belong to their creator; do not use results for advertising, merchandise or anything that suggests endorsement by the creator of @jean_philanthrope, by the $JEANPHIL coin or by any platform. This site never asks for a crypto wallet.
• Do not create sexual or explicit content, do not pretend to be someone else, and do not present a video as real footage or mislead viewers about who is in it or what they did.
• Label AI-generated videos as AI content when you post them, and follow the rules of the platform you post on.
• You are responsible for the photos you upload and how you share the results. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these terms.
• To report a video made here, or to ask for a video or photo of you to be removed, contact support@playjeanphil.com or use the support button on any page. We remove the video and the uploaded photo when the request is valid.

Payment and Billing

Credits are sold as one-time packs; there is no subscription and purchased credits do not expire. Each video is charged in credits when it starts, at the price shown before you generate. Credits are returned automatically when a video fails or the provider's review refuses the photo; a finished video is not refunded because you dislike the result. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Other refund requests are handled case by case.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
